摘要
[目的]观察YKX/Y型医用空气消毒机(以下简称消毒机)除菌净化的效果。[方法]用消毒机进行空气消毒,然后用自然沉降法监测消毒结果,于开机消毒后2h、3h、4h分别在3个手术间4角和中央放5个平皿,打开暴露5min然后置37℃温箱培养48h做菌落记数,并与传统的紫外线空气消毒方法比较。[结果]两组空气消毒后各时限平均菌落数比较,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。该消毒机进行空气消毒效果优于传统的紫外线空气消毒法。[结论]该消毒机适用于手术室空气的持续消毒,是目前比较满意的一种新型空气消毒方法。
[Objective] To observe sterilization purification effect of YKX/Y type medical air disinfection machine. [Method] Make air disinfection with the disinfection machine, and then supervise the disinfection result with natural sedimentation, put 5 flat utensils in 4 angles and center of 3 operation rooms after 2h, 3h,4h respectively, open and expose for 5rain, then put in warm box of 37℃ for 48h,make colony count,compare it with traditional ultraviolet radiation air disinfection. [Result] Comparing average colony count of every time point after disinfection,the difference is marked(P〈0.01). The machine is better than the traditional one. [Conclusion] The disinfection machine is fit for continual disinfection of operation room, and is presently satisfying new air disinfection.
