摘要
目的:建立镇静安神类中成药及保健食品中非法添加的地西泮等14种化学成分的薄层色谱快速检测方法。方法:样品经甲醇提取后点于硅胶GF254薄层板上;以二氯甲烷-甲苯-丙酮-甲醇(8∶8∶3∶1)为展开剂,检测地西泮等10种苯并二氮杂卓类添加成分;以正庚烷-甲苯-丙酮-三乙胺(6∶5∶4∶1)为展开剂,检测巴比妥等4种巴比妥类添加成分;展开后置紫外光灯(254nm)下检视。结果:在选定的色谱条件下,14种化学成分能得到较好的分离。结论:本法快速、简便,可作为镇静安神类中成药及保健食品中非法添加地西泮等14种化学成分的快速筛查方法。
Objective:To establish a TLC method for detection of 14 sedative-hypnotic drugs in traditional Chinese medicines and health foods. Methods:Use silica gel GF254 as the coating substance,dichloromethane-toluene-acetone-methanol (8:8:3:1) as the mobile phase system I to detect 10 barbiturates and n-heptane-toluene-acetone-triethylamine (6: 5:4:1) as the mobile phase system 11 to detect 4 benzodiazepines. Results:At the selected chromatographic conditions,14 kinds of chemical constituents could get a better separation. Conclusion:The method is convenient, rapid, exclusive and can be employed to the fast detection Of sedative-hypnotic drugs in traditional Chinese medicines and health foods.
