215例经尿道前列腺汽化电切术治疗前列腺增生症

215 cases reports of treatments of BPH by transurethral vaporization of the prostate

目的:探讨经尿道前列腺汽化电切术治疗良性前列腺增生(BPH)的疗效。方法:采用经尿道前列腺汽化切割并电切术(TUVP)治疗前列腺增生患者215例,年龄58～93岁,平均69.4岁,病程1个月～8年,术前IPSS评分平均为30.2分。结果:所有手术均取得成功,无一例转为开放手术,平均手术时间50min,术中无输血。术后随访1年以上67例,其中短暂尿失禁8例,经保守治疗后1个月内恢复。术后IPSS评分平均8.6分;平均最大尿流率(Qmax)18.8ml/s,较术前比较,差异均有统计学意义。结论:经尿道前列腺汽化切割并电切术治疗前列腺增生微创、安全、并发症少、疗效确切。

Objective：To investigate the curative effects of BPH by transurethral vaporization of the prostate.Methods：215 cases treatments of BPH were by transurethral vaporization of the prostate,the average of age was 69.4, the course of disease was from 1 month to 8 years. Preoperative international prostate symptom score was 30.2. Results：The curative effects were satisfactory, international prostate symptom score （IPSS） was 8.6, quantity of maximum urine （Qmax） was 18.8 ml/s, serious complications were not found. Conclusion：It was a safety,lower complications and effective treatment of BPH by transurethral vaporization of the prostate.
