18例重症颅脑损伤后意识障碍病人的康复护理

The rehabilitation nursing of 18 conscious disturbance-patients after Gravis craniocerebral injury

目的:探讨对重症颅脑损伤后意识障碍病人的有效康复护理措施。方法:回顾性分析2007年1月～2009年1月,18例重症颅脑损伤后意识障碍病人,早期进行的基础感觉、语言、摄食、运动功能等一系列科学合理的康复护理。结果:18例重症颅脑损伤后意识障碍病人,恢复良好7例,轻残5例,中残4例,重残2例。结论:颅脑外伤后早期科学合理的康复训练,一方面能提高中枢神经系统的可塑性和修复能力,另一方面还可防止肌肉发生废用性萎缩,同时训练过程中的各种刺激对唤醒和强化病人神经系统的恢复有着重要的辅助作用。

Objective：To research the effective measures for the conscious disturbance-patients after Gravis craniocerebral injury.Methods：To review the 18 conscious disturbance-patients after Gravis craniocerebral injury between January 2007 to January 2009, carrying out the reasonable nursing in aesthesia ,language,ingestion,motor function in the early period. Results：In the 18 conscious disturbance-patients after Gravis craniocerebral injury, 7 were mostly well-healed,5 were slight disability,4 were moderate disability,2 were severe disability.Conclusion：Carrying out scientific and reasonable in the early time is good to the patients,one hand it can elevate the plasticity and repair ability of the central nervous system,on the other hand it can prevent the muscle becoming to disuse atrophy, meanwhile ,in the process of the nursing, the incentives have important asistance founction to wake-up and enforce recovery of the patients＇ nervous system.
