摘要
目的:了解LEEP高频电熨术治疗宫颈糜烂的疗效。方法:对我院门诊用LEEP高频电熨术治疗的Ⅰ度宫颈糜烂235例,Ⅱ度糜烂164例,Ⅲ度糜烂58例,总计457例进行随访观察。结果:总治愈率98.9%。Ⅰ度、Ⅱ度一次治愈率为100%,Ⅲ度一次治愈率为91.4%。结论:LEEP高频电熨术是治疗宫颈糜烂简单、实用的方法,治愈率高,治愈率与宫颈糜烂的严重程度有关。
Objective：To know about the efficiency of cervix erosion by pome laser.Methods：h observed 457 cervix erosion outpatients treated with pome laser,including 235 patients cervix erosion of I degree, 164 patients cervix erosion of Ⅱ degree and 58 patients cervix erosion of Ⅲ degree.Results：The total cure rate was 98.9 percent,the cure rate of cervix erosion of I, Ⅱ and Ⅲ degree were 100 percent, 100 percent and 91.4 perctnt in respective.Conclusion：The pome lsaer was a simple and useful therapic way to cure cervix erosion.The cure rate had good correlation with degree of cervix erosion .
