胎膜早破临床防治研究

Clinical research of premature rupture of membranes

目的:探讨胎膜早破的因素及防治措施。方法:对我院65例胎膜早破病例进行回顾性分析。结果:胎膜早破的诱因中以感染因素占首位;胎膜早破组的剖宫产率明显升高,胎膜早破组引起难产、胎儿宫内窘迫、感染及新生儿窒息等围产期并发症发生率明显高于对照组。结论:预防胎膜因素引起的胎膜早破;重视胎膜早破对母儿的危害;正确制订不同孕周胎膜早破的治疗方案,加强妊娠中晚期感染的防治。

Objective： To explore the factors of premature rupture of membranes and preventive measures. Methods：65 cases of membranes were retrospectively analyzed. Results ：The inducement of premature rupture of membranes was the infection in first. The rates of cesarean section was obviously higher in the premature rupture of membranes, membranes group within the fetus dystocia, caused embarrassment, infection and neonatal asphyxia perinatal complications were higher than that of control group. Conclusion： Amniotic membranes prevent the membranes, attention membranes of the hazards, formulate correct different gestational membranes treatments, strengthen the infection control pregnancy period.
