重建钢板内固定治疗复杂髋臼骨折的临床分析

Clinical effect of reconstruction plate internal fixation on complicated acetabular fracture

目的：分析重建钢板内同定治疗移位髋臼骨折的临床疗效。方法：对30例有移位髋臼骨折患者采用重建钢板内固定治疗。结果：本组病例随访时间平均21个月（12个月～30个月）。术后解剖复位占66．7％（20／30），满意复位26．7％（8／30），不满意复位6．7％（2／30）。手术疗效：优56．7％（17／30），良33．3％（10／30），可10．0％（3／30），优良率为90．0％。术后无发生感染及死亡病例。结论：切开复位重建钢板内固定技术是临床治疗复杂髋臼骨折的较为理想的治疗方法。

Objective： To evaluate the clinical efficacy of reconstruction plate internal fixation in treatment of complicated acetabular fractures. Methods ： 30 patients with displaced acetabular fractures were treated by using reconstruction plate internal fixation. Results： The average follow-up time of all cases was months 21. After operation anatumic reduction was achieved in cases 20 good, reduction in 8 cases ,incomplete reduction in 2 cases. According to Matta meliorated score 17 cases were excellent, 10 cases were good ,and 3 cases were fair. No perioperative death occurred. Conclusion： Open repair and internal fixation with reconstruction plate is reliable and effective for complicated acetabular fractures.
