摘要
目的:探索静脉输液的无痛性拔针技术及加强静脉保护。方法:拔针时,减慢输液速度、不关调节器、平行转动针柄,使其与皮肤呈45度角、将取下的废胶布"米"字形贴于覆盖针眼的小纱布上、拇指沿血管走向摆放,不压穿刺点,快速拔针、同时按压穿刺点、致手臂略高于心脏位置。结果:患者血管损伤、疼痛率明显降低,满意度明显提高。结论:合理利用力学原理,采用无痛性静脉拔针技术,能有效减少血管损伤,减轻疼痛,提高患者满意度。
Objective: To explore the technique of painless removal of needle in vein transfusion and enhance vein protection. Methods: While removing the needle, slow down the speed of transfusion, not to turn off adjuster, turn the handle of the needle in parallel, so as to make to form a 45 linear measure angle, stick in the form of Chinese "米" the useless adhesive plaster to the small gauze that is used to cover the pinprick, put the thumb along the blood vessel, not to press the puncture point, pulling out the needle quickly, at the same time press the puncture point, the position of arm is slightly above the heart. Results : The rate of ache and blood vessel mar has been decreased while the rate of satisfaction has been remarkably improved. Conclusion: According to mechanics principle, using the painless of removal of needle in vein will effectively reduce the injury of blood vessel and lessen the pain of patient,which improve the degree of patient's satisfaction.
