肝型脂肪酸结合蛋白和脂肪酸合成酶在乳腺浸润性导管癌的表达变化及其意义 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨肝型脂肪酸结合蛋白(L-FABP)和脂肪酸合成酶(FAS)与乳腺浸润性导管癌发生发展的关系。方法:用半定量逆转录聚合酶链反应、免疫组织化学和West-ern blot等方法检测L-FABP、FAS和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在86例乳腺浸润性导管癌中的表达变化。结果:L-FABP和FAS主要分布于浸润性导管癌的腺泡和导管上皮细胞,L-FABP的mRNA和蛋白质的表达量在Ⅲ级浸润性导管癌的较Ⅰ、Ⅱ级明显上调(P<0.05)。相反,FAS的表达量在Ⅲ级浸润性导管癌的较Ⅰ、Ⅱ级明显下调,两者的表达无明显相关性(P>0.05)。但是,L-FABP的表达与VEGF呈明显相关性。结论:在Ⅲ级浸润性导管癌,随着FAS表达下调,L-FABP和VEGF的表达上调。
