摘要
介绍了50m T梁两阶段张拉施工新工艺,指出该工艺利用混凝土早期强度形成快的特点,在强度达到设计强度的75%~80%以上时张拉部分预应力,保证T梁出槽,在混凝土强度满足设计要求后实施全预应力张拉。通过实施该工艺,在确保工程质量的前提下,加快了工程进度,降低了成本。
The two phases stretching new technology of 50 m T-typed beam was introduced. It pointed out that the technology made use of the concrete early intensity formation fast characteristics, when the intensity reached above 75 % - 80 % of designed intensity, the stretching part was prestressed and guaranteed T-typed beam out machine, while the whole prestressed stretching was carried after concrete intensity reached designed requir^aent. The engineering progress was accelerated and the cost was reduced with the new technology at the precondition of guaranteeing engineering quality.
