Aiming at the problems accounted in the foundation construction process of the shift transformation project of the third easter in the San＇ gang second steelmaking, the author gets feasibility analysis on two regular schemes, innovates boldly, provides the new scheme of combining with the new and old pile, based on the complementation gets good effect, thus providing a new successful case for the similar transformation project.
