Discussion on the error reasons of prestressed pre-tensioned beam elongation value

针对预应力先张梁施工中钢绞线张拉后现场实测伸长值和理论伸长值偏差过大的问题,从张拉设备和钢绞线材料两个方面分析了预应力先张法梁伸长值误差产生的原因,提出了应采取的相应措施,从而保证预应力先张法梁的施工质量。

Against to the problem that the measured elongation value and theoretical elongation value after steel strand tensioning of prestressed pre-tensioned beam construction was larger, the error reasons of prestressed pre-tensioned beam elongation value were analyzed form tensioning equipment and steel strand material. The corresponding measures were proposed, so as to guarantee prestressed pre-tensioned beam construction quality.
