针对工程造价管理的重要性,分析了当前工程造价管理存在的主要问题,提出了加强工程造价管理的建议,以有效控制工程造价,解决当前工程建设中随意压价,高估冒算及投资失控等问题。

Aiming at the importance of the cost management in projects, the paper analyzes some main problems in the current cost management in projects, and points out some suggestions for reinforcing the cost management of projects, so as to effectively control the project cost, and to solve some problems such as to force prices down at will, to overestimate cost and to lose control in investment.
