浅谈建设工程造价的控制管理

从分析目前我国工程造价控制管理存在的问题入手,简要探讨了在投资决策阶段、设计阶段、建设项目发包阶段、建设实施阶段和竣工结算阶段对建设工程实施造价控制的途径和方法,以使建设项目取得最佳的经济效益和社会效益。

Starting from analysis of the questions existed in engineering cost control and management in our country at present practical ways and methods for cost control of building engineering in investment decision stage, design stage, issuing contract stage, implementation stage and completion of final financial account stage are briefly discussed, in order to obtain optimum economic and social benefits for building project.
