The development and construction of scenic spots was studied, the concept of scenic spots development time sequence and planning construction contents were illustrated. It pointed out that scenic spots development and construction should stick to the principle of protecting first and developing and construction second, attach importance to development time sequence so as to make scenic spots display best feature to people.
