摘要
指出加强劳务分包的管理是施工企业发展的主要措施,在分析当前劳务分包管理存在的主要问题后,以劳务分包业务流程为线索,对项目实施全过程中施工企业的对策进行了探讨,从而促进施工企业的健康发展。
It pointed out that strengthening the management of service subcontract was the main measurements of the development of construction enterprise, after analyzing the main problems existed in current service subcontract management, taking service subcontract business pro- cess as clue, and the countermeasures of construction enterprise in overall project implementation course were discussed, so as to promote the healthy development of construction enterprise.
