It pointed out that credit discounting was a new method to resolve construction payments in arrears, which advantage was multi aspects and multi channels managing and value increasing, therefore made it realized cost in time and made owner pay contractor payments. Several methods of paying construction payments in arrears were compared from the aspect of incomplete information dynamic gaming analysis between owner and contractor. The best strategic sequencing of owner construction payments in arrears was obtained.
