摘要
针对建设工程造价复杂多变的特点,从投资决策阶段、设计阶段、投标阶段、施工阶段、竣工阶段出发,就建设工程造价的全过程控制与管理进行了简要论述,以达到造价控制目标的实现。
Aiming at the complicated features of construction cost, the paper makes a brief statement on whole process control and management of the cost starting from the view of investing and policy making stage, designing stage, tender submitting stage, construction stage and completing stage, it aims to reach the goal of controlling cost.
