摘要
过去的几年中，由于供肝的严重短缺和突发事件发生，致使边缘供肝得以应用，并收到较满意的效果。移植受者科学登记处（SRTR）统计数据显示，截至2006年，边缘供者所占比例增至26．3％。现将边缘供肝在肝移植中的应用作如下综述。
