Adsorption is an effective method on treatment of dye waste-water. A series of new materials such as agricultural waste, industrial waste, metal oxides which are used as adsorbent on treatment of dye waste-water are introduced in this article. There are many characteristic on them such as： vast storage, low prices, biodegradability, which show good prospects.
