新时期高校辅导员队伍建设的探讨

《中共中央国务院关于进一步加强和改进大学生思想政治教育的意见》和《普通高等学校辅导员队伍建设规定》指出,辅导员是开展大学生思想政治教育的骨干力量,是高校日常思想政治教育和管理工作的组织者、实施者和指导者。高校要高度重视辅导员队伍建设,把辅导员队伍建设作为教师队伍和管理队伍建设的重要内容。

It is pointed out that the instuctors are the main force to carry out university students＂ ideological an political education, are the organizors ,implementors and instructors of university regular ideological and political ecucation and management by Suggestions of CPC Central Committee and the State Council on Further Strengthening and Improving University Students＇Ideological and Political Education and Regulations on Instructor Team Construction of the Universities The universities must think highly of the instructor team construction and put it as one important part of teachers team construction and management team construction.
