概述了Intranet的形成和发展，讲述了新经济的三个主要特征（知识经济、数字经济、网络经济）以及互联网经济的新模式，给出了Intranet的定义、组成和应用，并仔细讲述了Intranet的建设。
The paper gives an outline of the history and growth of Intranet. These themes of the new economy (knowledge , digitization,networking) and new modal of Internet working economy are described. The definition component and application of Intranet are alsopresented. The construction of Intranet is given special emphasis.
