摘要
本文研究了β-环糊精(β-CD)对六种PAH的增溶作用,β-CD的存在使PAH在水中的溶解度显著增加.增溶作用主要是由于PAH与β-CD形成包合物而引起的,增溶作用的大小与包合物分子的大小和lgK_(ow)有关.分子结构与β-CD空腔匹配程度好,lgK_(ow)大的化合物,增溶作用强.
The solubilization of six polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs)by β-cyclodextrin has been investigated. The presence of β-cyclodextrin has greatly enhanced the solubility of PAHs in water. The solubilization effect of β-CD is caused by formation of inclusion complexes of PAHs with β-CD. The degree of solubilization power is related to the degree of fitness of PAH structure with the cavity of β-CD and \gKow of PAH. The more fitness of the molecule and the greater the value of lgKow, the greater the solubilization power..
