电沉积法制备块体纳米晶材料的研究进展

摘要 综述了电沉积法制备块体纳米晶材料的原理;阐述了电流密度、电流波形、有机添加剂等工艺参数对沉积层晶粒尺寸的影响;介绍了直流电沉积、脉冲电沉积、喷射电沉积和复合电沉积等几种常见的电沉积方法;概述了电沉积法制备块体纳米晶材料的国内外研究现状;探讨了电沉积块体纳米晶材料的力学性能、磁学性能、耐蚀性能、热稳定性及其应用前景。 The preparation principles of bulk nanocrystalline materials by electrodeposition are overviewed in this paper. The effects of parameters such as current density, current waveform and organic additives on grain size of deposition layer are described. Several common methods such as direct current electrodeposition, pulse electrodeposition, jet electrodeposition and composite electrodeposition are introduced. The research status of bulk nanocrystalline materials prepared by electrodeposition at home and abroad is summarized. The properties such as mechanical properties, magnetic properties, corrosion resistance and thermal stability and the application prospects of electrodeposited bulk nanocrystalline materials are discussed.
