摘要
从理论上分析了纳米粉体在液相中的分散过程和稳定机理,将获得稳定纳米粉体分散液分为分散和稳定2个过程,重点考虑纳米颗粒的表面自由能对纳米粉体分散的影响以及纳米颗粒之间的相互作用能对分散液稳定所起的作用。在此基础上,研究了提高分散液稳定性的条件和措施。
Dispersing process and stabilization mechanism of nano-scale powders in liquids are analyzed theoretically. Dispersing process is devided into parts:dispersion and stabilization, influence of surface free energy on nano particles to dispersion and function of reciprocity between nano particles to stablilization are considered with emphasis. The condition and measures of improving stabilization of disperse phase is studied based on forementioned analysis.
