纳米TiO2/MnTiO3复合材料的制备及表征

摘要 用水热法合成得到纳米TiO2/MnTiO3复合材料,并用X射线衍射(XRD)、紫外-可见光谱(UV-VIS DRS)、拉曼光谱、表面光电压能谱对制得的样品进行表征。结果表明:复合材料的衍射峰在48.1°(101)处表现出明显的红移,在可见光和紫外区域的吸收均有所改变,拉曼光谱在619cm^-1处出现明显的振动峰值,表面光电压强度有所下降,但表现出明显的红移。 In this work, nano-TiO2/MnTiO3 composites with different molar ratios of MnTiO3 and TiO2 are synthesized by hydro-thermal method. Then samples are characterized by X-ray powder diffraction(XRD), ultraviole-visible diffuse reflectance spectra(UV-VIS DRS),Raman spectra and surface photovohage spectra(SPS),respectively. As a result, the diffraction peak 48. 1°(101) shows an obvious red shift and Raman spectra shows an obvious vibration peak at 619cm^-1. The absorption of the region changes in both ultraviolet and visible light. Photovoltage on the surface becomes weaker but also shows an obvious red shift.
