摘要 综述了近年来MoSi2材料的强韧化研究进展,主要包括复合化Si3N4、ZrO2、SiC、TiC、La2O3、多种增强体和合金元素Al、Re、Nb对MoSi2性能的影响及强韧化机理,并展望了MoSi2材料的强韧化发展趋势。 The advances on the strengthening and toughening of MoSi2 material in recent years are reviewed,mainly including:the influences on properties of MoSi2 and mechanisms of strengthening and toughening by compounding with Si3N4, ZrO2, SiC, TiC, La2O3, muti-reinforcement and alloying with A1, Re, Nb, respectively. And the trend in development of strengthening and toughening of MoSi2 is also discussed.
