摘要 综述了Al-Sc中间合金化合物的性质、传统制备方法和新的工艺,并分析了各种工艺的优缺点。总结了现阶段Al—Sc中间合金化合物研究中存在环境污染、工艺流程长、对设备要求高、成本高和商业应用价值低等问题,并提出了今后Al—Sc中间合金化合物缩短工艺流程、降低合金生产成本、实现环境无污染的研究方向及其重要意义。 The research progress in characters, traditional preparation processes and new emerged technics of Al-Sc master alloy compounds at home and abroad is reviewed. The advantages and disadvantages of each process are analyzed. The existing problems are summarized, such as environmental pollutions, long process, high equipment requirements, high cost and low commercial value problems, and the main direction for further research is pointed out, that is shortening the process, reducing the cost of alloy produce and realizing the environment pollution free.
