摘要
已有的研究表明,Mg-Gd-Y系合金具有很好的室温强度和耐热性能,可以进一步扩大镁合金的使用温度范围和应用领域,在航空航天、汽车及电子等工业领域具有巨大的潜在应用价值。介绍了Mg—Gd-Y系合金产生的背景及发展现状,分析总结了Mg-Gd—Y系合金的强化机制、组织结构、力学性能、各种合金元素及微量元素在合金中的作用,并对Mg-Gd-Y系合金今后的发展趋势进行了展望。
The researches have indicated that Mg Gd-Y alloys are of excellent strength at room temperature and high heat resistance properties, which enable to expand the using temperature ranges and fields of Mg alloys. Potential applications of the alloy coverd the industries such as aeronautics and astronautics,automobile and electronics et al. In this paper the following contents of Mg-Gd-Y alloys are analyzed and summarized: the development and research history, strengthening mechanism,microstructure,mechanical properties,and effects of some elements in the alloy. The future of the alloy is prospected at the end.
