摘要 综述了合金刀具AlCrN涂层的制备和性能研究。重点分析了AlCrN涂层在热稳定性、抗氧化、耐磨、硬度和结合强度等方面的研究,并总结了AlCrN刀具涂层在国内外的研究现状。 In this paper, the progress in the preparation and properties of AlCrN coatings for carbide tool is reviewed. The properties, such as thermal stability, oxidation resistance, wear resistance, hardness and adhesive strength are emphasized. The research status at home and abroad of AlCrN coatings for carbide tool are also introduced.
