摘要
介绍了低成本V-N微合金化高强度钢筋的研究开发及生产情况。在含钒钢筋中增氮,促进了V(CN)的析出,显著提高了V的沉淀强化效果。批量工业性生产试制结果表明:采用V-N微合金化技术,HRB400钢筋中的V含量降低至0.03%~0.04%,和V钢筋相比,V质量分数降低了50%左右,大大降低了合金成本。适当的轧后加速冷却工艺使V(CN)析出粒子的粒度分布更加优化,可使钢中V含量进一步降低。
Research and production of low-cost V-N microalloyed rebars with high strength have been reviewed. Enhanced-nitrogen in V-containing rebars promotes precipitation of fine V(CN) particles, and improves markedly precipitation strengthening effectiveness of vanadium. Industrial production results show that, V content in V-N mieroalloyed rebars of 400 MPa level can be as low as 0. 03%-0.04%, which has been reduced by about 50 percent and accordingly drive alloy cost cut down by a large degree. Accelerated cooling process optimizes size distribution of V(CN) particles in V-N rebars and get further low V content.
