摘要
从新的视角观察了人才培养与供给的关系,提出了动态评价人才供给和就业迁移状况的两个新指标,对各地区人才供给状况进行较深刻的实证分析,得到的结论是:中国各地区高等教育规模和人才资源供给间相关性不高;半数以上省份人才流出现象严重,人才供给状况不佳,安徽、河南、四川、贵州、甘肃等中西部省份呈人才净流出,高等教育的成果已完全被"就业迁移"所消耗;内蒙古、宁夏、新疆人才供给状况不佳,仅因人口密度小,使得人才资源需求压力不大,从而纠正了以往一些错误认识。
The paper observes the relation between education and supply of talents from a new wew, gives two new indices that can evaluate state of talents supplying or removing for seeking job dynamically, and conducts an empirical analysis of various area. The conclusion is: in China, the correlation between higher education and the talented manpower resources supply of various area is very low; the flowing out of talents is very serious; the talented manpower resources supplies is very poor in most middle and western district,but the pressure of the talented manpower resources requirement is smaller in Inner Mongolia, Ningxia and Xinjiang.
