摘要
目的:探讨超声影像检查在子宫动脉栓塞(UAE)治疗子宫肌瘤疗效观察中的价值。方法:对78例经子宫动脉栓塞治疗的子宫肌瘤患者进行术前及术后超声检查。结果:①UAE术后,肌瘤平均体积明显缩小,血流信号消失。3年后,肌瘤平均体积缩小71.0%;②2例(2.5%)肌瘤在长期随访中可见血流的再通;③聚乙烯醇(PVA)颗粒和海藻酸钠微球(KMG)的栓塞效果无明显差异。结论UAE治疗子宫肌瘤具有较好的疗效,超声影像检查是评价UAE效果及术后长期随访的有效方法。
Objective： To explore the clinical value of ultrasound in assessing the therapeutic effect of uterine arterial embolization （UAE） in hysteromyoma. Methods： 78 patients with hysteromyoma were examined by ultrasound before and after UAE. Results： （1）After UAE, the mean volume of tiysteromyoma decreased significantly, and the blood perfusion disappeared. Follow - up ultrasonic examination showed an average reduction of 71% in dominant hysteromyoma volume after 3 years. （2）Blood reappearance was found in 2 patients （2. 5% ） . （3）There was no significant difference in the effect between polyvinyl alcohol （PVA） and sodium alginate （KMG） . Conclusion： UAE is an efficient therapy of hysteromyoma, and color Doppler ultrasound is a very useful tool to assess the therapeutic effect of UAE in hysteromyoma.
