摘要
对高压立式氯气储罐进行了深入研究.该储罐材料采用不锈钢/碳钢双金属复合板,减少了不锈钢的使用量,降低了产品生产成本,并通过计算给出高压立式氯气储罐的主体尺寸.本设计还采用了新型式的焊接坡口,防止再热裂纹,减小应力集中.
This article has conducted the thoroughresearchtothehigh-pressured verticalchlorine storage tank. First this storage tank material has used thes tainless steel/carbonsteel bimetal duplieateplywood, reduced the stainless steel amount of use, reduced the product manufacturing cost, and has given the high-pressured vertical chlorine storage tank's main body size through the strict computation. This design has also used the new pattern welding scarf,prevent sagain the heatcrack, reduces the stress concentration. This research has the very good application prospect and the social value.
