颅骨钻孔侧脑室引流术22例

Treatment of 22 cases of ventricular hemorrhage and hydrocephalus by lateral ventricle drainage by puncture

目的探讨颅骨钻孔侧脑室引流治疗脑室积血及或脑积水的方法与技巧。方法对脑室积血及或脑积水患者进行颅骨钻孔侧脑室引流。结果生存并好转者20例,死亡2例,其总有效率为90.9%(生存并好转例数/总例数)。结论颅骨钻孔侧脑室引流是治疗脑室积血的一种简单有效的方法,但实施该操作时要讲求一定的方法与技巧,即在穿刺部位上还有待改进,在引流方式上要注重体位,在引流时间上要把握期限(14 d),在溶酶应用上要参照引流液等等。

Objective To explore the means and skills for the treatment of ventricular hemorrhage and hydrocephalus by lateral ventricle drainage by puncture. Methods Lateral ventricle drainage by puncture was applied on 22 cases of hemorrhage and hydrocephalus. Results Of the total 22 cases, 20 survived and turned better and 2 dead. The total effective rate was 90. 9% （ Surviving and ameliorating/total ）. Conclusion Lateral ventricle drainage by puncture is easy and effective in the treatment of ventricular hemorrhage and hydrocephalus. But when the operation is carried out, some methods and skills must be paied attention to. That is to say, position to be punctured still needs to be improved, the body position should be proper as to the way of drainage,the 14 days time limit must be emphasized,and drainage solution must be consulted when the zymolyase is applied.
