高频彩色多普勒超声诊断阴囊闭合性损伤的临床价值

The clinic significance of high frequency color doppler ultrasonographyic diagnosis of closed scrotal and testicular trauma

目的探讨高频彩色多普勒超声对阴囊、睾丸损伤的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析18例阴囊、睾丸外伤患者的超声图像资料。结果18例患者根据睾丸、阴囊的声像图表现可分为睾丸挫伤5例,睾丸血肿3例,睾丸裂伤2例,附睾头血肿2例,附睾肿大2例,睾丸坏死1例,单纯阴囊壁挫伤3例。结论高频彩色多普勒超声能准确诊断阴囊、睾丸的损伤,可作为阴囊闭合性损伤的首选检查方法。

Objective To study the significance of high frequency color doppler uhrasonographyic diagnosis of scrotal and tresticular trauma. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted of the ultrasonographic characteristics of 18 cases of scrotal and testicular trauma, which were testified by recent operations or treatment. Results According to the ultrasonographic pictures of the 18 cases,it could be told that 5 cases were testicular contusion,3 were testicular hematoma, 2 were testicular rupture,2 were testicular rupture,2 were epididymidis hematom in the head,2 were epididymidis tumefaction,1 was testicular necrosis, and 3 were simple scrotal wall contusion. Conclusion High frequency color doppler ultrasonography can accurately diagnose scrotal and testicular trauma so that it can be the best way for examining closed scmtal trauma.
