摘要
内蒙古自治区是我国三大牧区之一。处在我国北方干旱和半干旱地区，地理位置和在陆地生态系统中的地位十分重要。是内蒙古生态环境保护和建设的主体。但当前草地环境问题十分严峻，危肋着人们生存环境和经济社会的可持续发展，必须加强对其保护和建设。
Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region is one of three largest pastoral areas,which is situated in the arid and sub-arid region in the north of China.It has important geographic position and role in the land ecosystem.It is the main body of Inner Mongolia eco-environment protection and construction.However,the grassland environment has serious problem,which threatens the survival environment of mankind and the sustainable development of economical society.So the protection and construction of grassland should be strengthened.
