摘要
对烤肉油烟中的颗粒物诱发小鼠骨髓细胞微核进行了检测,结果表明烤肉油烟的颗粒物在小鼠体内可以产生明显的毒性作用。其颗粒提取物的剂量在75~350mg/kg之间,小鼠骨髓细胞的微核率由0.94%上升至3.15%,呈明显的剂量依赖关系。各实验剂量组与对照组比较均有显著性差异(P<0.01)。这样的遗传毒性作用有可能是烤肉油烟致癌性和致突变性的机理之一。
ethylene chloride extracts of particulates frome Roasting Lampblack were studied in micronucleus test in mice.The test was carried out with Kunming mice treated with the extracts at 75 mg/kg,150 mg/kg,250 mg/kg and 350 mg/kg (ip.twice).A significant dose dependent increase in MNPCE was clearly observed in all dose groups compared to that of the control (P<001).The extracts also had a marked cytotoxic effect on bone marrow as indicated by a significant reduction in PCE/NCE ratio with the dose (P<005).Therefore,it was considered that the toxicity of the extracts mighe be one of the mechanism of mutation and mighe be potential carcinogenic.
