超声辐射下合成二苯羟乙酰基硫脲

Synthesis of novel diphenylacetyl-aroylthioureas under ultrasonic radiation

摘要 采用超声辐射法与常规热回流法,以二苯羟乙酸为原料,经酯化、肼解得到二苯羟乙酰肼,再与芳酰基异硫氰酸酯反应,合成了一系列未见报道的酰基硫脲类化合物,所有的目标化合物经元素分析、IR、1HNMR确证结构。 2-Hydroxy-2,2-diphenylacetohydrazide was synthesized by esterification and hydrazinolysis, using 2-hydroxy-2, 2- diphenylacetic acid as the starting material. Then upon reactions of 2-hydroxy-2,2-diphenylacetohydrazide with each kind of aroyl isothiocyanates under ultrasonic radiation along with conventional heating and reflux, a series of novel N-(2-hydroxy-2,2-dipheny- lacetyl)-N'-aroylthioureas were synthesized. The structures of all compounds were confirmed by elemental analysis, IR and ^1HNMR.
