摘要
利用芳酰肼与异硫氰酸苯酯为原料,合成了中间体1,4-二取代氨基硫脲,进一步在碱体系中缩合得到含杂环3,4-二取代-5-巯基-1,2,4-三唑。通过IR、1HNMR、13CNMR、MS及元素分析等测定对产物的结构进行了表征。
A series of 3,4-disubstituted-1, 2,4-triazole derivatives containing heteroeyclic group were prepared by the condensation reaction of 1,4-disubstituted thiosemiearbazides in a basic mediurn. The intermediates 1, 4-disubstituted thiosemicarbazides were synthesized by using aryl hydrazide and phenylisothioeyanate as starting materials. The structures of the target compounds were confirmed by IR, ^1 HNMR, ^13CNMR, MS and elemental analysis.
