摘要
2-烷基噻吩酮类化合物是合成2-烷基噻吩类化合物的重要化工中间体。研究了在无水氯化锌催化下十六烷基酰氯和噻吩在苯溶液中的傅-克反应,收率90.3%。溶剂可以循环使用,适合工业化生产。
2-Alkyl thiophene ketone compounds are important chemical intermediates for synthesizing 2-alkyl thiophene compounds. In this study, the Friedel-Crafts reaction of hexadecanoyl chloride with thiophene in the benzene solution catalyzed by anhydrous zinc( Ⅱ ) chloride catalyst I was implemented. The product yield was 90.3%. The solvent could be recycled. This route is suitable for commercial production.
