摘要
为了验证新开发的汽轮机控制器的方案以及性能,基于LabVIEW平台,应用硬件在环技术研发了一套汽轮机仿真系统。首先采用频率预曲折双线性变换法将控制系统的数学模型离散化;然后在LabVIEW中进行图形化编程,从而实现了基于虚拟仪器的汽轮机系统的仿真。研究结果表明,该系统有效缩短了新产品研发周期,减少了控制系统的调试时间,能完成控制系统出厂前系统调试、用户现场仿真操作培训和有效辨识控制系统的参数,为实时论证控制器性能的难题提供了解决方法。
Aiming at testing and verificating the scheme and function of developing controller, hardware-in-loop technology was applied, a set of simulated instrument of steam turbine based on LabVIEW was developed. Bilinear transformation was adopted to discrete the mathematic model of the whole simulation system. Considered that LabVIEW was a novel graphic computer language, the practical realization of mathematical model in LabVIEW was presented. The results indicate that the simulation provides a so- lution to the difficult problem of real time demonstration controller function, which effectively shortens a new product grinding the hair period, cut down contorl system debugging time before shipping them to customers, the hands-on training for plant personnels and has an effect to identification controlling system parameters.
