摘要
针对广东电网运行经济性和安全性问题,构造了适用于电力系统分析计算的、考虑多状态与多约束且用于调整发电计划的最优潮流数学模型,发展了基于内点法的非线性最优潮流算法,并利用Visual C++6.0开发了发电成本在线分析与辅助决策系统;具体阐述了软件开发的总体架构、功能模块以及软件的功能特点。研究结果表明,该软件在保证电力系统安全、稳定运行的基础上,实现了对负荷偏差的经济分配和全系统最低的购电成本。
Aiming at the problem to make a balance between security and economy of power system operation, the optimal power flow models suitable for analysis and calculation of power system, considering multistate and multi-constraint, used in adjusting the generation schedule were constructed, the nonlinear optimal power flow algorithms based on interior point method were studied, a software developed by Visual C + + 6.0 for generation cost on-line system was presented. The total framework, the module division and the function characteristic of software development were described in detail. The result indicates that the software can realize e- conomical distribution of load deviation and the lowest purchase cost based on safe and stable operation of power system.
