以中国救济妇孺会为代表,清末民初具有先进理念的慈善组织都极力通过现代营销理念的宣传和业务往来,构建与广大民众、其他社团和国家权力之间的关系网络。这三个层次的关系网络对于慈善事业发展的意义又不尽相同,其中对慈善组织的发展影响最大的是慈善组织与国家权力之间的关系。

This article mainly studies the charitable organizations＇ social localization in Shanghai from the end of the Qing Dynasty to the beginning of the Republic of China, taking the Anti - kidnapping Society as an example. And the writer tries to use the intermediate deck theory to gain a new way of studying the charitable organizations.
