摘要
系统研究了海拉尔褐煤半焦脱除烟气中SO2的性能,考察了工艺条件、预处理方式、再生方法对半焦吸附性能的影响.结果表明,半焦粒度越小,反应温度越低对提高脱硫效率越有利;烟气中O2和水蒸汽的浓度存在最佳值;高温氧化预处理可大大提高半焦的脱硫效果;热脱附再生可使半焦保持稳定的脱硫活性.
Systematic investigation of the characteristics of semicoke from Hailaer lignite in adsorption of SO2 in flue gas and the effect of technological conditions, methods of pretreatment and regeneration on adsorption characteristics of semicoke was made. It is found from the tests that the activity of desulfurization increases with the decrease of the size of semicoke as well as the reaction temperature; that there is an optimal content of O2 and H2O in the flue gas; that oxidation pretreatment in high temperature can improve greatly the effect of desulfurization; and that heat desorption regeneration can keep the activity of desulfurization.
