用褐煤半焦脱除烟气中SO_2的研究 被引量:21

摘要 系统研究了海拉尔褐煤半焦脱除烟气中SO2的性能,考察了工艺条件、预处理方式、再生方法对半焦吸附性能的影响.结果表明,半焦粒度越小,反应温度越低对提高脱硫效率越有利;烟气中O2和水蒸汽的浓度存在最佳值;高温氧化预处理可大大提高半焦的脱硫效果;热脱附再生可使半焦保持稳定的脱硫活性. Systematic investigation of the characteristics of semicoke from Hailaer lignite in adsorption of SO2 in flue gas and the effect of technological conditions, methods of pretreatment and regeneration on adsorption characteristics of semicoke was made. It is found from the tests that the activity of desulfurization increases with the decrease of the size of semicoke as well as the reaction temperature; that there is an optimal content of O2 and H2O in the flue gas; that oxidation pretreatment in high temperature can improve greatly the effect of desulfurization; and that heat desorption regeneration can keep the activity of desulfurization.
