摘要
词汇意义主要由概念意义和一组附加意义构成,其中包括文化附加意义。在跨文化交际中,文化附加意义起着重要的作用。双语词典是实现两种语言跨文化交际的桥梁,应该从不同的角度阐释词的文化附加意义。基于对文化附加意义的基本特征和双语词典翻译原则的分析,提出在双语词典中阐释文化附加意义的五种方法:文化注释、例证、括注、括注加插图以及标记。
Word meaning mainly consists of conceptual meanings and a set of additional meanings, including cultural meanings. Additional cultural meanings （ACM） play a vital role in the cross-cultural communication. The bilingual dictionary is a bridge to realize the intercultural communication between two different languages. Therefore, it should interpret the ACM of words from different aspects.According to the basic features of ACM and the principles of bilingual dictionary translation,the paper puts forward five methods to fully interpret the ACM of words： Cultural Notes, Illustrative Examples, Glosses, Glosses plus Illustrations, and Labels.
