葡萄细胞培养生产白藜芦醇的研究 被引量:4

摘要 以巨峰和红地球葡萄的不同组织为试材,利用不同培养基对其愈伤组织进行诱导,测定愈伤组织中的白藜芦醇含量.结果表明:在B5基本培养基附加6mg/LNAA和0.6mg/L6-BA的培养条件下,巨峰葡萄果皮愈伤组织的诱导率最高,达87%.愈伤组织中白藜芦醇的含量均高于其对应外植体中的含量,其中巨峰葡萄果皮愈伤组织中的白藜芦醇含量最高,达11.184μg/g.经6次继代培养可诱导出生长势强、白藜芦醇含量为14.296μg/g的巨峰葡萄优良愈伤组织. Taking Kyoho grape and Red Globe grape for materials, using callus at different elementary culture medium, content of res in the different callus were determined. The results indicated that on the medium for the callus growth which is B5 medium added 6 mg/L NAA and 0.6 mg/L 6-BA, the inductivity in Kyoho grape peel callus is the highest(87%), all the res contents in grape callus are higher than that of control. The res content in Kyoho grape peel callus is the highest(11.184μg/g). After 6 times of subculture, the res, with its content being 14.296 μg/g was used as the Kyoho grape explants of cell culture
