摘要
通过应用箱式模型，模拟研究了实施排放标准对大气环境质量的影响，分析讨论了实施排放标准的技术经济可行性。得出如下结论：（１）重庆市实施大气二氧化硫污染物排放标准（ＳＯ２：１２００ｍｇ／ｍ３）能基本满足大气环境质量三级标准的要求。（２）实施标准所需二氧化硫治理静态投资费用总额计２６．３６９亿元。（３）实施标准减少环境污染损失６．４４０亿元。
In this treatise the effect of implementing emission standard on the air environment quality was simulated and studied based on box model,yet the technical economic feasibility of implementing emission standard was analysed and discussed.The result showed that:(1)the air environment quality could basically meet the requirement of air environment quality standard 3 if this recommended plan about emission standard for air pollutant (SO 2) would be put into force in Chongqing.(2)Implementing the emission standard will totally cost 2636.9 million yuan of static state investment in controlling SO 2 pollution.(3)The economic loss of environmental pollution will decrease by 644 million yuan if the emission standard is implementes.
