小波包分析在电动机转子断条故障诊断中的应用研究

摘要 文章介绍了鼠笼式异步电动机常见的故障及其诊断的重要性,采用了改进型小波包算法从电气和机械方面提取信号的故障特征,并提出了一种基于小波包分析频带能量的故障诊断方法。经实验可知,该方法能够更全面的快速检测到转子断条故障的存在而且准确率高,具有很大的可行性和很强的推广性。 The common faults of squirrel-cage induction motor and the importance of it's fault diagnosis were introduced, the signals feature of electrical and mechanical were extracted by modified wavelet packet algorithm. A fault diagnosis method based on wavelet packet analysis frequency band energy was proposed this paper .The experiment shows that this method is not cnty more comprehensiva but also high accuracy to rapidly detect the existence of broken rotor bars fault, and it has much feasibility and replicability.
