新疆伊宁市农村居民点整理适宜性评价研究

A Study on Suitability Evaluation of Rural Settlement Consolidation of Yining City

农村居民点整理是减缓耕地减少,确保粮食安全的重要途径。但是农村居民点整理过程中存在许多问题,其中农村居民点整理潜力测算没有综合考虑整理区域的社会经济状况,使得农村居民点整理陷入许多误区,偏离实际。农村居民点整理可以有效地结合整理区域的经济社会状况,提高农村居民点整理的科学性。本文系统介绍了农村居民点整理适宜性评价原理,构建了评价指标体系,并对伊宁市七个乡镇农村居民点整理适宜性进行评价,为伊宁市农村居民点整理提供依据。

Rural settlements consolidation is an important way to slow reduction of arable land and to ensure food safety. However, the process of rural settlements consolidation has many of the problems. The potential surveys of rural settlements Consolidation does not consider the regional socio - economic situation, so many errors have made the rural settlements consolidation out of the actual situation. The suitability evaluation of rural settlement consolidation can refer regional socio - economic situation efficiently to improve scientific of works of rural settlement consolidation. This paper systematically introduces principles of the suitability evaluation of rural settlement consolidation, and ways to construct the evaluation index system. In the end, this method has been applied to Yining city to provide basis for rural settlement consolidation of the city.
